قال تعالى: ( خذ من أموالهم صدقة تطهرهم وتزكيهم بها وصل عليهم إن صلاتك سكن لهم والله سميع عليم) [التوبة:103].

وقال تعالى: ( الذين ينفقون أموالهم بالليل والنهار سرا وعلانية فلهم أجرهم عند ربهم ولا خوف عليهم ولا هم يحزنون) [ البقرة:274].

و قال : ( إنَّ اللهَ يقبلُ الصدقةَ ، و يأخذُها بيمينِه ، فيُربِّيها لأحدِكم كما يُربِّي أحدُكم مُهرَه ، حتى إنَّ الُّلقمةَ لتصيرُ مثلَ أحُدٍ ) صحيح الترغيب 856

و قال : ( إنَّ الصَّدقةَ لتُطفيءُ عَن أهلِها حرَّ القبورِ ، وإنَّما يَستَظلُّ المؤمِنُ يومَ القيامةِ في ظلِّ صدقتِهِ ) صحيح الترغيب 873

و قال : ( الصلاةُ قُربانٌ ، و الصيامُ جُنَّةٌ ، و الصدقةُ تُطفِئُ الخطيئةَ كما يُطفئُ الماءُ النارَ ) صحيح الترغيب 866

و قال : ( خيرُ الصدقةِ من كان عن ظَهرِ غِنًى ، و ابدأْ بمن تعولُ ) صحيح الجامع 3281

Allah said: 'Those who spend their wealth (in Allah's Cause) by night and day, in secret and in public, they shall have their reward with their Lord. On them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.' The Holy Quran 2:274
